Fixing Missing Page Permissions

What's happening?

Skaler needs access to the Facebook/Instagram Pages that run your ads. Without it, video previews and AI tags won't load for those ads.

How to fix video previews

1. Click Fix on the banner (or open Account Settings → Reconnect).
2. On Facebook's permissions screen, check all pages.
3. Done! Hard-refresh your browser to see the changes: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows).

Page not showing up?

Your Meta user account may not have access to that page. Ask your Business Manager admin to:

1. Open Business Settings → People.
2. Select your name → Pages → grant at least Partial Access for the missing page.

Then reconnect from Skaler and hard-refresh your browser.
